WARDROBE MALFUNCTION SAGA FOR GAGA

Lady Gaga suffered an on-stage wardrobe malfunction when she split open her Versace costume in Vancouver. The pop star was performing Heavy Metal Lover, a track from her new album, when she tore her all-black latex ensemble right down the backside. Along with the tight black pants, Gaga wore a black leather corset and black leather fingerless gloves with a pink wig and black goggles as she appeared in front of thousands of fans. The 26-year-old is currently touring around North America with her Born This Way Ball and accidentally ripped her super tight costume on the opening night of the show, while arching her body into the shape of a motorcycle. Gaga continued performing despite her ripped rear but only for a short while as she soon changed costumes.

The fashion faux pas occurred on the debut of the new set of costumes designed exclusively for Gaga and her army of dancers by fashion label Versace. Gaga took to her Twitter page to dismiss the incident, which was entirely unintended. The attention-grabbing star told her followers and fans that she only cares about her little monsters and her music.

"No matter how many rhinestones on my jeans, no matter how many fancy wigs I have, just remember that I don’t give a f**k about anything but you and the music," Gaga tweeted.

During her current shows the star performs 40 costume changes, including wearing her controversial meat dress. The tour, which started in Vancouver on Friday, will end in Tulsa, Oklahoma in late March. Alongside the tour, Gaga has been working on her new album ARTPOP set for release later this year. The pop diva later announced over the holidays that she is releasing a documentary about her life, her career and her fans in collaboration with fashion and celebrity photographer Terry Richardson.
