Put it this way: Even if that baby remains off-camera — for what it's worth, Kim has said that's her plan and sources have told omg! that Kanye would prefer to keep his little girl out of the spotlight — we're looking at one lucrative kid.

Born on Saturday, Ryan Seacrest revealed Kardashian's first comments on Tuesday regarding her baby, which she emailed to him after he sent his congratulations. "Can't believe it. So crazy!" she wrote. Crazy indeed. Jessica Simpson, as you may know, also birthed a baby girl. That girl has the unfortunate name of Maxwell, but the kid is luckier when it comes to making her mommy money, having inspired a Jessica Simpson maternity-wear collection that has expanded from 350 points of distribution last fall to about 800 today.

"That may be a small percentage of her $1 billion empire," says Marcy Medina, West Coast bureau chief of Women's Wear Daily. "But it's still not too shabby." And you can expect that Kardashian, whose family retail empire is worth an estimated $65 billion, to step into that same arena. After all, there is more money to be made.

Kate Middleton is still weeks from her due date, but already her baby's a financial whiz kid. Consumer analysts are expecting a $380 million injection into the arm of the UK economy, thanks to the newborn. Already the pitter patter of little feet has prompted a stampede of memorabilia merchandise. Joshua Bamfield, director of theCentre for Retail Research, tells Reuters he expects the collectors to fork over an estimated 165 million pounds—that's over $240 million— for royal baby-themed china, and other collectibles marking the future monarch's arrival.

Following the murder of seven students at the Government Secondary School in Yobe last week, suspected Islamist militants struck again, this time shooting more students in Maiduguri, Borno state. According to an eyewitness named Ibrahim Mohammed, the killers opened fire at random.

A self-proclaimed Islamic cleric and native doctor has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for selling human parts. 60-year-old Gazali Akewadola, was said to have killed innocent people and used their parts to perform rituals. Police sources claim they arrested Akewadola after five suspects who were initially detained had revealed his location in their confessional statements.

While talking to "George Stroumboulopoulos Tonight" in Canada to introduce a screening of some of his classic films, Chan recalled his best story ever, an "exchange" with Lee during the filming of "Enter the Dragon."

New mom Kim Kardashian may already have a Mini Me on her hands. The reality star's baby girl reportedly looks exactly like her, and supposedly even has a "K" name to match.

"She has dark hair," a source told E! News of the newest Kardashian family member,who was born on June 15 at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in West Hollywood, Calif. "She looks just like Kim."

There is no word yet on the baby's name, but E! reports that the 32-year-old previously told family and friends it "will start with a 'K.'"

Livery cab driver Orji Ama Uro was fatally stabbed in the eye with an umbrella after dropping off a man and woman in Brooklyn. The point of the umbrella pierced his brain. A gypsy cab driver killed by a passenger who savagely stabbed him in the eye with an umbrella in Brooklyn was a dedicated father of five who worked to help his family find a better life, a relative said Friday. Orji-Ama Uro, 54, had just let a man and a woman out of the livery cab on Thomas S. Boyland St. in Brownsville when the pair began to argue with the driver about 5 p.m. Thursday, police sources said.
