2012 is a great year for three Nigerian celebrities- Chidinma Ekile, David Adeleke a.k.a Davido and Mercy Johnson-Okojie. While Chidinma and Davido scored high and both emerged winners at the just concluded KORA awards, Mercy even scored higher by giving us a sweet looking baby girl in a hospital in the USA.
If you will remember, in Chidinma was 2010 Project Fame West Africa Winner. Chidinma last night again, won KORA award for 2012 Best Female West African Act. The Omo-baba lowo himself did not slack as Davido won Best Male Newcomer at the 2012.
While Chidinma appreciating her fans took to twitter, and tweeted “Thanks to God, my FANS, team capital and Africa!!!!!”, Davido did more than that. Davido tweeted “Ooshe!!! I won the KORA award!! BEST NEWCOMER! Thank u lord!!!!" and was retweeting every tweets from fans and replying to them too.
